Hey Hayfa :Women of Haya 2016

So on 5th of Nov, Hey Hayfa participated for an event organised by Kaifiyyah.

The name of the event is Women of Haya. Hayaa in Arabic means modesty and shyness for a Muslimah to portray themselves inner and outwardly.

This was the 3rd bazaar/event Hey Hayfa participated in 2016. Previously was The Ladies Souq, Lokals for Lokals and now Women of Haya.

I must say each of every event taught me different things. I learnt so much about networking, branding and customer service when joining these bazaars, mixing with the other brand owners and meeting different group of target market publicized by the organizers.

Tadaaa! Can you spot our logo? Hehehe.

The few that always be with us whenever we decide to join event.

During the event too, our jubah railing fell off (cause I think maybe it outweighed the maximum no of clothes) and we were so in panicky mode to get a substitute railing. What we did was to use a tape to secure the railing (this was a no choice and wasnt a bad idea after all. haha)

Of course there are so many learning points to learn from this bazaar.

1) Bring your own clothes railing. Avoid using/renting out organizer railing cause you do not know how much jubahs u can hang with theirs. You already are accustomed with your own railing so might as well use yours.

2) Print out price labels for your clothes. Some customers are shy to even ask because they scared that it's expensive but it's actually not.

3) Display all clothes sizes on the railing. We thought that our 3XL sizes were out of stock but when we reached home and did stock take, to our horror, we still have some left.So you see, you should just display all sizes. Extras jubah can be put inside the storage spaces

And so Hey Hayfa Leaders signing out yaw. We were hugging our Hayfa Cut Jubah in White and we have yet to do a photoshoot for this upcoming one.

So see ya next time for another event in Dec!
